Branding & Order Configuration

Fitment & Application
Use a separate fitment reference for each vehicle generation and door configuration. Include the existing roof and channel arrangement, required coverage and the way the accessory will be fitted, removed and stored.
Sunshade pattern & attachment geometry
Check the shade outline, strap and clip positions, edging and clearance around roof latches. Record how the sample is installed and whether it stays fitted with the intended roof configuration.
Window protection & retaining components
Measure the window panels and define separator materials, bag dimensions, zipper travel and carry handles. For rails or channels, confirm the cross-section, length, fastening points and matching fabric edge.

Send the vehicle model/year, generation and door count, plus photos of the existing roof hardware. Identify whether the request is for a shade, storage bag, fabric component or retaining kit and list quantities separately.
What the quotation sets out
Ask for the identified product version, kit contents, quantity per variant, MOQ, unit price, sample or tooling charges, production timing and delivery basis. Agree the sample approval stage and any further fitment review before production.

Does this range include complete soft-top assemblies?
This range starts with sunshades, storage bags, selected fabric components and fitting hardware. A complete soft-top project needs its own fitment, frame, sealing and sample-review brief before a supply scope can be confirmed.
What should be reviewed on a fabric accessory sample?
Check the pattern and installed coverage, attachment geometry, stitching, edge reinforcement and the intended folding or storage method. Agree material and weather-exposure requirements and any supporting tests for the actual product.
