Product Range

Use the following product families to define your request. Each fitment, construction and kit is reviewed for the actual inquiry.

Seat-Back Storage

Organizer bags, pocket layouts, pouches and strap or panel mounting arrangements.

Console & Door Organizers

Console trays, armrest inserts, door-pocket organizers and defined molded storage components.

Interior MOLLE Panels

Seat-back, console-side or cargo-area panels with specified hole patterns, brackets and accessory interfaces.

Cargo Dividers & Storage Inserts

Rear-area divider panels, organizer inserts and mounting components for a defined interior layout.

Specification Options

Dimensions, Materials & Fitment

  • Vehicle generation, seat or console version and installation position
  • Usable dimensions, fixing points, movement clearances and access requirements
  • Plastic grade, metal thickness, fabric construction, texture, color and packing

Branding & Order Configuration

Specify pocket or compartment layouts, attachment details, colors and packaging. For molded parts, confirm the vehicle reference, sample or CAD data and whether an existing tool or a new tooling quotation is required.

Fitment & Application

Cabin storage needs to suit the exact seat, console or cargo-area version. Review seat travel, belt access, visibility, wiring routes and airbag areas with the intended mounting design before approving the sample.

Molded inserts & panel interfaces

Provide the mating opening, surrounding trim, fixing points and the measurements that control fit. Ask for a sample check of clearance, edge finish, tray retention and access to existing controls.

Fabric organizers & repeatable assembly

Define the fabric, lining, webbing, zipper, stitching and strap lengths. Review pocket sizes, reinforcement, attachment points and packing with the items the organizer is meant to hold.

Samples & Quotation

What to send

Include the vehicle/model year, installation photos, target dimensions, expected contents and quantity per version. A sample, drawing or reference product helps suppliers quote the intended construction.

What the quotation sets out

Ask for the identified product version, kit contents, quantity per variant, MOQ, unit price, sample or tooling charges, production timing and delivery basis. Agree the sample approval stage and any further fitment review before production.

Working with LedgeGear 4x4

For an original design or product change, discuss an OEM/ODM brief. Supplier research, quote comparison and existing-supplier follow-up can also be scoped as commissioned support.

Can plastic, metal and fabric items be sourced as one range?

Yes. List each item and its material separately, then define shared colors, branding and packaging. Confirm which supplier makes each component and who is responsible for final kit assembly and checking.

Are interior organizers universal-fit?

Some strap-mounted items can cover several applications; shaped console inserts and fixed panels often need a specific vehicle reference. State each intended model and interior version rather than assuming one sample covers all variants.

What should be agreed before custom tooling?

Confirm the source of the design data, the tool scope and ownership, sample stages, dimensional approval method and change charges. Keep the drawing revision and approved sample linked to the quotation.

Send Your Cabin Storage Brief

Share the product, fitment, estimated quantities and destination. A reference image, product link, sample or drawing gives the first quotation a clearer starting point.
