Can a bed rack and tonneau cover be sourced together?
Yes. Give the rack and cover suppliers the same bed measurements, rail section and installation photographs. Request clearance drawings for clamps, hinges, cover travel and tailgate access. Approve the combined arrangement on the intended vehicle rather than reviewing each item in isolation.
What belongs in a roof-rack quotation besides the platform?
Specify mounting feet, crossbars, fasteners, isolators, accessory brackets, tools and instructions as applicable. Ask for separate identification of items excluded from the quote. Include the selected roof interface and packing dimensions so two proposals describe the same delivered assembly.
