Branding & Order Configuration
State the quantity per version, included hardware, labeling and packaging you want quoted. Add your drawing revision or reference product so changes and alternatives can be priced clearly.
Available configurations are reviewed for the actual request.

Component references & manufacturing details

Skid plate assemblies & support brackets
Supply verified mounting points, drain/service cutouts, underbody clearance, material gauge, coating and mating-part geometry.

Rock sliders and step structures
Define frame attachment, cab clearance, jacking/recovery restrictions, weld inspection and structural validation. Do not present visual similarity as a tested load rating.
Confirm the actual interface and sample for the selected product. Structural, recovery and road-use requirements need the appropriate technical evidence. Prepare application data →
Samples & Quotation
What to include
Send part references or drawings, quantities per item, the intended application, destination and any branding or packaging requirements.
Mark undecided details as questions. A short first inquiry is enough to start.
What the quotation confirms
The offer identifies the product version, kit contents, MOQ, unit price, sample or tooling charges, production timing and delivery basis for your request.
Sample approval, fitment evidence and any required technical review are agreed before production.
Use one part reference and revision for the quote and sample. Sample review checklist · RFQ templates
Other Ways to Work with LedgeGear 4×4
For original designs or product changes, discuss an OEM/ODM brief. If you need supplier research or help with an existing supplier, commission the support stages you need.
Should skid plates and rock sliders be quoted as one protection kit?
List each component separately, then identify the brackets and hardware shared across the assembly. Include the powertrain and chassis configuration, service-access openings and any existing suspension or exhaust changes. This makes missing pieces and different kit assumptions visible before sampling.
What should the first installed sample demonstrate?
Record mounting alignment, fastener access, clearances and access to service points against an agreed checklist. Photograph the complete installed kit and any interference. Define which checks require an engineer or other qualified reviewer, particularly where a slider is proposed for lifting or load support.
